Cooperation
projects :
The cooperation project between
Elgazala Pole and FDSP Canada was approved in February 2003.
It aims at building a support toolbox for Elgazala Pole start-ups.
The project costs about CA$ 196.000 for the
period between 2003 and 2006, with a possible extension at
the end of the project. At present, direct expectations from
the project are:
1/ Canadian expertise and know-how transfer
to reinforce start-ups growth.
2/ The development of a toolbox for the follow
up and diagnosis of start-ups accompanying during the first
three years of creation, especially for finance sources finding,
marketing, and company management.
3/ A tracing tool to follow up start-ups in
terms of indicators and parameters measuring start-ups evolution
and performance.
4/ The Active participation of Elgazala Pole
start-ups in the elaboration of such toolbox.
Preparation of 4 drafts project in order to
set a tight cooperation with Sophia-Antipolis.
Project
1: Technological animation
Technological animation of the city through a working tool
that combines research, training, and private companies acting
in New Information and communication technologies fields.
Project
2: Incubation
The Communication projects incubator, the first enterprise
incubator in Tunisia, is a support tool for innovative projects
of young owners in the Information Technologies and Communication
sector.
This toolbox developed according to a Tunisian
model is under experimentation to improve its labour and become
an attraction pole to High-Tech and R&D projects.
Project
3: Teleservices engineering, cyber
spaces applications
This project is registered as part of cyber spaces establishment
that are built in five regions of the country. The main objectives
assigned to this project concern logistics, technical and
legislative aspects ruling cyber spaces.
Project
4: Technological innovation management
Elgazala Pole of Communication Technologies is the perfect
environment for the development of High-Tech services and
products. The enterprises based in the pole play an important
role in the process of technological value creation. The goal
of this project is to master the innovation management process.
Other
cooperation actions:
- 14 February, City of Sciences of
Tunis: participation of Elgazala Pole in the Information
Day about the sixth European Union framework program (2002-2006).
- Lisbon 1-4 June 2003: participation
of Elgazala Pole in the 20th World Conference on Technological
Parks through a presentation of Elgazala Pole and a paper
on e-learning.
