What’s the role of the regional Cyber Parks?
The role of the regional Cyber Parcs is to offer a modern workspace with modern network infrastructure for the promoters to create new projects based on modern communication networks. These Cyber Parks offer their services to enterprises and administrations established in the region. Additionally, they can offer services to enterprises established in other regions or other countries in the form of distant services.
Besides, to help promoters in creating their own projects, the Cyber Parks can host them for a certain period.

What kind of activities can be undertaken in the Cyber Parks?
The promoter can create projects such as:

• Call center
• Software development
• Remote services related to information technologies :
  • Digitization of documents
  • Digitization and processing of maps
  • Remote data processing and storage
  • Remote translation, remote learning,...
• Websites development
• Hosting of Incubators related to the information technologies sector
• Remote working
• Miscellaneous services based on communication technologies

Installation conditions
A contract between Elgazala Pole, represented by the national coordinator of the regional Cyber Parks, and the promoter shall be signed. The contract is governed by the law 2001-50 dated May 3, 2001 related to pole establishments and especially the 4th clause of this law. The contract is also governed by the clauses of the schedule of conditions.

1. The promoter must have the Tunisian nationality or governed by the Tunisian laws in the case of an enterprise.
2. The promoter has to examine the allowed spaces and verify the installed equipments in the presence of the national coordinator of the Cyber Parks or his delegate.

• Encouragement of enterprises specialized in the field of engineering and computer sciences;
• Encouragement of investment in the sector of technologies
• Encouragement of the innovation in the field of information technologies;
• Encouragement for export in the field of software and digital content development.
